Richard & Marissa met in July of 2024 and quickly connected based on their love of art and their unique way of looking at the world. Then, when an opportunity came up for Marissa to create unique photographic artwork for a local nonprofit, she turned to Richard and asked him to bring his expertise to complete this large undertaking. After successful completion of the now, “Portraits in Caregiving,” series, Photo & Studio was born.

Photo & Studio is the collaborative efforts of Richard & Marissa. Although this photo studio has only been around for less than a year, they have already had their work published in local newspapers, shown in solo galleries, and made deep connections within the San Diego art scene.

Their love for each other is reflected in the photography service they provide for their clients. Offering a unique blend of care & compassion for their clients specific needs while also delivering top of the line photographic works.
